In need of health care services or is your copay too high? Care Clinic at the Heritage Community Clinic is here to help! Heritage College medical students and on-site physicians strive to provide exceptional, non-emergent, no-cost healthcare to medically underserved people. They offer primary care services, chronic care management, medication assistance, general well checks, and preventative care to individuals from ages 18-64.
Clinics will be held on November 29th and December 6th from 3:30pm - 7pm. Appointments are encouraged, walk-ins will be welcome.
