City of Athens, Ohio issued the following announcement on March 4.
The Athens Municipal Arts Commission (AMAC) is requesting artwork submissions for the next round of Art Outside the Box, a project that places artwork by local artists around traffic control boxes in the City of Athens.
Ten new artworks will be selected by a three-person jury. The ten selected artists will each receive $500. The deadline to submit artwork is Friday, April 1, 2022.
