County Executive Armond Budish Issues Statement in Support of U.S. Rep. Marcy Kaptur’s ‘Great Lakes Authority’ Legislation
Cuyahoga County Executive Armond Budish issued the following statement:
“I want to express my tremendous support of U.S. Representative Marcy Kaptur’s new ‘Great Lakes Authority’ legislation, which would invest in economic and workforce development and environmental conservation. Her vision of fostering innovation, utilizing our water infrastructure and administering broadband projects closely aligns with the goals Cuyahoga County works to achieve every day.
“Representative Kaptur clearly understands the opportunity that exists in Cuyahoga County. Protecting our freshwater resources while also promoting and growing a strong workforce can take our region to new heights.
