In May of 2022 a victim was intentionally struck by a vehicle after an altercation inside of a business. Officer McNulty did a thorough investigation of the incident. After an anonymous tip was received who the suspect was, Det. Gormsen interviewed the suspect and obtained a confession. The suspect was charged with Felonious Assault.
In August 2022 Officer Strebel responded to a burglary call where he collected evidence which resulted in a DNA hit of a relative of the suspect who was later identified. Det. Noah interviewed the juvenile who confessed to the burglary. Evidence of other crimes was also recovered from the juvenile. The juvenile was charged with Burglary and RSP.
In October 2022 a victim was punched and knocked unconscious at a downtown bar. While the victim was on the ground the suspect continued to assault him. The suspect was captured on body cam from an earlier incident. The suspect's photo was placed on social media by Det. Noah where he was identified and admitted to being involved punching the victim but downplayed part of the assault. The incident was captured on a security camera from the business. The suspect was charged with Felonious Assault.
